1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has missing parts or accessories.
  • The product was significantly different from its description on our website.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and invoices.
  • Not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration after delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personal care and hygiene products.
  • Food and beverage items.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Products specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the product.
  • Images of the packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order details and the reason for your return request.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

After the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing times generally are:

  • UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, and Net Banking: 5 to 10 business days
  • Wallet payments: 3 to 7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method after verification.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Replacement Policy

Where applicable and subject to stock availability, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item shipped by us

HomigoMart will bear the return shipping cost.

For returns due to any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return if the product qualifies under this policy.

9. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason or repeatedly fails to accept delivery, HomigoMart reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping or handling charges from any eligible refund.

10. Items Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds may not be issued if:

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing.
  • The return request is made after the eligible return period.
  • The damage is caused by improper handling or misuse.
